Marketing Systems Once the property assignment is received the following services will be completed:
• Occupancy status is determined
• The property is secured and re-keyed
• Cash for keys programs are initiated as necessary
• Evictions procedures are followed if necessary
• Contractor bids are obtained within 3 business days
• BPO’s / CMA’s are completed in client’s time frame
• Condition of the property is photo documented
• Property is listed in multiple listing services allowing for regional coverage on the same day assignment is made
• Ongoing supervision of any property repairs
• Property inspections are done weekly
• Updated BPO’s are made monthly or as requested
• All contract and negotiations and preparation of documents
• All buyer qualifications are verified before submission of offer
• Escrow and Title are opened
• All negotiated reports and policies such as home warranty, NHD, termite report, roof cert, septic cert are ordered
• Complete follow up through and after the close of escrow
